A Note From Pastor Emeritus Pete Koster
A study of education is necessary if one is to be putting forth the training needed by today's children and youth. They will become what they are led to be in the early years of their life. Our philosophy is that genuine education is not just the accumulation of an array of facts but learning how to live. This permeates our entire school ministry. I believe that we must give children the academic basis of knowledge which will enable them to be successful in today's world, but along with those facts there must be teaching in moral and spiritual truths upon which they base the use of those facts. Jesus gave to us the Great Commission which states in part to "teach them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you."
Building a Strong Foundation
Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal. The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.
